EFTF 2024 Registration

Please read the following information BEFORE starting the registration process at the link below.

• Presenting authors: please have your ePapers “Paper ID(s)” ready.
• Students:  Masters or PhD candidates are considered students. Post-docs are not.
• Registration is not complete until payment is made in full. Payment will be made to EFTF 2024 Organising partner – FSRM.
• Registration is a binding agreement of participation. Cancellation terms are available here.
• Conference fees are VAT exempt (no TVA will be added). All fees payable in Swiss Francs only (CHF).
• Payment of fees can be made securely and immediately during the registration process via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners). The transactions occurs entirely via the Saferpay gateway and no financial information is stored by the EFTF 2024 organisers. 
• Please note: we cannot provide assistance for credit card issues related to refused payments or 2-step verification procedures that may be imposed by your card-issuer.
• Participants can also choose to pay by invoice with an additional CHF 30.- processing fee. Invoices are due in 30 days. However, all fees must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to EFTF 2024. No payment is possible at the conference front desk.  Option no longer available.
• Invitation letters for travel VISAs will only be issued once registration is complete and when fees are paid in full (payment received).

Conference Options – details

Virtual Full Conference Registration fee includes:

• access to conference smartphone App (which includes access to abstracts),
• the conference proceedings,
• access to all recorded talks at EFTF 2024 for 1 month post-conference.

In-person Full Conference Registration fee includes:   (FULL)

• all options included in Virtual Registration fee (above), PLUS
• admission to all technical sessions and exhibition,
• all on-site lunches and coffee/refreshments,
• all social events, including the conference cocktail reception on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.

Virtual Tutorial fee includes:

• access to all recorded presentations at EFTF 2024 tutorials for 1 month post-conference.

In-person Tutorial fee includes:   (FULL)

• the admission to all tutorials during the Tutorial session on Monday, June 24,
• tutorial material,
• on-site lunch and coffee/refreshments on Monday, June 24,
• access to all recorded presentations at EFTF 2024 tutorials for 1 month post-conference.

Please note that we have reached maximal capacity for the in-person tutorials on Monday June 24. It is therefore no longer possible to choose this option during the registration process. 

Participants can still choose the VIRTUAL tutorial option and receive access to all video recorded material for the tutorials.  Thank you for your understanding.

Students:

• The Student fee includes the conference registration fee only. The Tutorial registration fee is additional.
• Student authors submitting abstracts for oral or poster presentation may submit a request for “Student Travel Support“, including a reduction of the student registration and tutorial fee. To apply for travel support, the student must be the lead author and present the paper. The application form is available here.

Accompanying Person / Guest:  (FULL)

• Includes on-site access to all receptions, coffee breaks, lunches, the gala cocktail reception and the exhibition area.
• Does not include access to oral talks, posters, the conference App, conference proceedings or recorded presentations.

One-day entries for June 25-27 include:  (FULL)

• admission to all technical sessions and exhibition for one day,
• all on-site lunches and coffee/refreshments for one day,
• access to conference smartphone App (which includes access to abstracts),
• the conference proceedings,
• access to all recorded talks at EFTF 2024 for 1 month post-conference.

Note:  access to the gala cocktail reception on Wednesday, June 26 is NOT included with a 1-day pass.
